Has anybody had any experience with Smashwords for self-publishing?
I’d be interested in any comments, experiences, advice, thoughts, etc.
I’m just now trying it for some short fiction in the Dubricverse. It was really easy to do – their formatting instructions were VERY pedantic and repetitive, though, and it makes me wonder how many idiots they’ve had to deal with.
My experience only started last night, but I’m pretty optimistic so far.
Thanks. Have you ever used any of the other epublishing sites, or is this your first try?
Since I’ve been editing for a small publisher, I have come to realize that yes, there really are that many idiots in the world…
